Mashed Potato Martini Bar
A station set-up by the chef, serving cream mashed potato in elegant martini glasses with a
variety of toppings to choose from, them watch our chef flame your cheese over the top.

Mexican Station
A station set-up by the chef, includes Fajitas, Nachos served with salsa, sour cream and con queso,
Chicken Poquitos and Mexican rice

Beef Carving Station
A hip of beef carved and served by the chef, served with a variety of breads and condiments including
sliced pickles, tomatoes, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise hot peppers ect.

Flambe Station
A station set-up to include shrimp and scallops cooked and served by the chef
